Experienced F/T custodian needed to perform cleaning & light maintenance duties for our offices & garage buildings.

Monday-Friday 2^nd shift (2:30pm-10:30pm. Hours & schedule may have some flexibility - to be determined upon hire)

Requires a RELIABLE, conscientious & self-motivated person with the following:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience required with attention to detail
• Motivation/initiative to work independently and complete scheduled tasks in a timely manner
• Takes pride in their work and the appearance of our buildings
• Be able to stick to a daily schedule
• Able to pass a physical and drug screen          

Qualified candidate must be RELIABLE and be able to perform essential cleaning duties necessary for the upkeep of the office & garage buildings, which totals approximately 19,000 sq ft (extensive wet floor mopping, emptying trash, dusting, sweeping, etc.) and also have the aptitude and physical ability to perform minor maintenance duties (changing overhead light bulbs & ceiling tiles, raking leaves, snow removal on sidewalks, etc.).


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma preferred
PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES: Must be able to: • Bend/stoop, squat and reach above shoulder height occasionally • Lift and carry up to 15 pounds frequently • Lift and carry between 10 and 25 pounds occasionally • Do repetitive actions including grasping, pushing/pulling, climbing ladder/stairs, balancing, crouching, crawling, twisting/turning, feeling • Use head and neck in static position, flexing, and rotating frequently.PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: Position encompasses two buildings. Must work in all types of weather, but mostly indoors. Exposure to hazards include a variety of physical conditions such as closeness to moving mechanical equipment, working on ladders or high places, exposure to chemicals in industrial cleaners.
